Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Platform, including event organizers, attendees, and visitors. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
"Platform"
The DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED website, mobile application, and related services.
"User"
Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
"Organizer"
Event organizers who use the Platform to create and manage events.
"Attendee"
Individuals who purchase tickets and attend events through the Platform.
"Content"
All text, images, videos, and other materials uploaded to or displayed on the Platform.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and other credentials used to access your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
Account Termination
DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Event Organization
Organizer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete event information
- Set clear ticket prices, availability, and refund policies
- Ensure events comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Deliver events as advertised and described
- Handle attendee communications and support
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for events
Event Content
Organizers are solely responsible for all content related to their events, including descriptions, images, and promotional materials. DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of event information provided by organizers.
Organizer Fees
Organizers agree to pay applicable platform fees as disclosed during event creation and in the organizer agreement. Fees are non-refundable once an event has been published.
Ticket Purchases
Purchase Process
All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise specified in the organizer's refund policy. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms and conditions set by the event organizer.
Pricing and Fees
Ticket prices are set by event organizers and may include service fees. All applicable taxes and fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED does not store payment information. All transactions are subject to the payment processor's terms and conditions.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Use the Platform for any commercial purposes without authorization
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or organizers
- Post false or misleading information about events
Intellectual Property
Platform Content
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
By uploading content to the Platform, you grant DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform and our services.
Event Content
Event organizers retain ownership of their event content but grant DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED the right to display and promote their events on the Platform.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimers
Service Availability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
Event Disclaimers
DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for the conduct of event organizers or attendees, the accuracy of event information, or the quality of events. Event organizers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Changes to Terms
DOOMVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
